This policy explains how TopGenZ Community ("we") handles personal data on TopGenZ, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
To verify and display your listing, match your payment, issue receipts, handle reports and grievances, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal obligations. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
TopGenZ is only for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly process data of children. If we learn a listing belongs to someone under 18, we remove it, refund any payment and delete the data, except what we must keep by law.
Board listings stay visible for their month and, for the top 10, in the Hall of Fame. Payment records are kept for 8 years for tax and accounting. IP logs are kept for up to 180 days.
Public listing details are visible to anyone. Otherwise we share data only with our hosting provider, with tax authorities, or when required by law.
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@topgenz.space from the email you used or by DM from the listed Instagram account. Erasing an active listing removes it from the board without a refund. You can also escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
